Do you accept commissions?

I would love to a paint a masterpiece just for you. Being able to create a painting that will loved and cherished is one of the amazing things on why I love painting. Honestly, I’m grateful and honored to be your artist.

 

Contact me via email and we can discuss your ideas. There is 50% payment on agreement and 50% payment on completion.

Rates (D0es not include tax or shipping prices)

• 9x12 - $75

• 11x14 - $100

• 16x20 - $125

• 18x24 - $150

• 20x28 - $200

• 24x30 -  $250

• 30x40 - $300

Process

1. Discuss concept, ideas, terms. Once approved and agreed, 50% of the payment is paid.

2. Client might need to send references for understanding and need so a way of contacting you is a must. I will be sharing progress (jpeg) weekly via email. Depending on the size of the painting, it may take two weeks to two months.

3. Once painting is completed and the client approves of it, the client has 30 days to fulfill rest of the 50% of payment. The work will not be delivered until I receive full payment.

 

What kinds of payments do you accept?

• I accept payment via Paypal and Cashapp only. You can purchase from my website or via messaging on Instagram.

What if there hidden fees along the way or shipping turns out to be insanely expensive and I don’t find out until it’s too late?

• You will receive an invoice that will list all fees. Additionally, you have thirty days for payment. The artwork will not be delivered until I receive full payment.

Shipping Policy:

I only ship nationally (within United States of America)

• Price of shipping in the US varies depending on the size of the painting.

  • Small paintings: $20-$35 USD

  • Medium paintings: $60-$100 USD

  • Large paintings: $200-$300 USD

• Original works of art are packaged by me and shipped by UPS.

• Please allow 3-14 business days from the date of your order to your delivery date. 

• Once your order is shipped I will email you your tracking number. 

• Please include your phone number with your order so that if necessary, the carrier can contact you.

Return Policy for Art

• What if I don’t like it as much when it arrives?

  • You have 7 business days from the receipt of the artwork to return in its original packaging. Unfortunately, after 7 business days, it is ineligible for refunds or exchanges. The artwork also must be in the same condition that you received.

  • I also require the buyer to ship back the returned work within 3 business days after confirming with me the work will be returned. ***Do not ship the artwork without contacting me***

  • If you do not notify me of your intent to return the work within 7 business days of receipt or you do not ship the work within 3 days of notifying me, you will NOT be eligible for a refund.

  • Once artwork has arrived in my possession, you will be issued a refund.

  • If the artwork arrives back to me DAMAGED by improper packaging, you will not be refunded.

• What if it is damaged when it arrives?

  • Send a picture of its damage state to me as evidence within 7 business days and your invoice to me: illustratorbiancad@gmail.com

  • I will contact you back and have you send artwork back in its original packaging.

  • Once the returned work is back in my possession, you will be issued a refund.
